Are you guys ready for a challenging yet rewarding summer? As you may already know my name is Cory Bartrim, and I am one of two VP’s for SWP West. I was born in Prince George British Columbia but eventually grew up in the small town of Gibsons, on the Sunshine Coast near Vancouver. In 2004 I was attending UNBC where I was told about SWP through a very close friend of mine who had managed the previous summer, and I decided to apply in hopes of having the same great opportunity she had. Although I had my struggles like everyone else, I fell in love with running a business.

After two amazing years of franchising I was incredibly fortunate enough to be offered the role of District Manager. I was the DM for Vancouver Island in my first year but moved to Vancouver fourteen years ago to work with franchisees in the Lower Mainland, Sunshine Coast, and Okanagan. As the VP, I still work with franchisees in those areas as well as all the DM’s in Western Canada.

My wife, Emily, and I live in our home in North Vancouver with our son Linden. We are very active people who love to spend time going on hikes, playing sports, going out on our boat, and traveling whenever we can. I am a very ambitious person and consider the “glass to be half full rather than half empty”. I am really looking forward to working with all of you this summer, and I cannot wait to see you in Mexico.
