Initially decided to operate a Students Works franchise to gain a better understanding of running a business to supplement my business school knowledge. I learned the most in my first year as I faced many challenges but I continued to push myself and by my second year I had managed to triple my sales! I did so by placing a strong focus on client satisfaction because helping clients transform their homes is especially fulfilling.

As an owner/operator it is extremely satisfying to be able to create jobs by hiring painters while supporting local students. Student Works is an experience that results in immense growth as an individual, builds lifelong friendships, and creates financial success even at a young age.
