Dealt with Intense people
Year 3 was awesome, Mackenzie made the incentive trip to Mexico which was a big accomplishment. She got to go on a trip with amazing people and to network with other ambitious students.
This past year Mackenzie had lots of personal growth and business growth. She had to deal with a lot of different challenges and some intense people but she was able to deal with all of these things. Her business had low painter turnover and her team was a great group of people. She ended up creating a fantastic team environment.
Mackenzie worked on having a larger average job size which means people trusted her with larger projects worth more money. Next year, her focus will be on ‘what it takes to run a bigger business’.
